Immaculate Conception Church is a Catholic parish of the Diocese of Baton Rouge in Louisiana staffed by the Society of Jesus with a special mission to serve the Black Catholic community of Baton Rouge. Founded in 1953, the parish's mission is "serving the family of God and feeding the soul of the community."
Parishioners are involved with parish life through a variety of ministries, including music, pastoral care, service and education.
Service ministries include a food pantry, a Community Action Committee and adult committee service teams.
