Burke, 47, is a jazz and folk singer and songwriter, as well as web developer and consultant. He received a bachelor’s in theology from the Franciscan University of Steubenville in Ohio, a Master’s from the University of Dallas in Irving, Texas, and a Master of Business Administration from Southeastern Louisiana University in Hammond, Louisiana. He was an Ignatian Faculty Fellow at Loyola University New Orleans, where he served as an adjunct professor of music technology and was a member of Holy Name of Jesus Parish.

The Ignatian Spirituality Center of Kansas City gives, fosters, and witnesses to the Spiritual Exercises of St. Ignatius of Loyola by giving the Spiritual Exercises in various forms, offering ongoing formation in Ignatian spirituality and discernment, and training prayer guides to give the Spiritual Exercises.
